Here is some information about service termination and charges:
Charges:
Before termination, your service goes through suspension. During this period you will not be able to use your website and emails. If you pay the owed amount within 30 days of suspension the service will be reactivated. If you pay after 30 days you will have to pay twice. Your first payment will clear the previous debt, then your second payment will allow the service to be reactivated for the next billing term. Note if your service stays suspended for 2-3 months, you will have to pay for those previous months before the service can be reactivated for the new billing term. We use cPanel for the best industry standards and due to cPanel's pricing model, Ecowebzim Solutions pays a certain fee for your account regardless of if it's active or not. Your service will stop owing or being charged once it has been terminated.
Note: Your billing date does not change, this means if your due date is 01/01/22 and your service is suspended for 29 days and you make payment on 30/01/22, another invoice will be generated on the same billing date which is 01/02/22. That's one day after your last payment and you will be given 5 days to pay the new invoice otherwise the service will be suspended again. To avoid this please make sure to clear all bills on time!
Termination:
If we do not receive any payment or any attempts of communication within 30 days of the grace period, your service will be marked as no longer in use or abandoned. Once this happens we will email you a letter to officially inform you that we have terminated your hosting service at the end of the term of your 30 "or more" days grace period. This means all your files, emails, and everything under your hosting account would have been deleted from our servers.
A temporary backup will be kept and this backup will only be available for the next 7 days from the day of termination. Your domain will be parked and be kept active till it expires respectively. If you may wish to restore your service before 7 days, note you will be charged a $5.00 restoration fee and you will need to subscribe to a new hosting package.
